Here is the original piece sent to me from Jeannie Dukic:
And here is my new piece, I am actually sending it to my partner for a finished piece bead swap challenge. The theme is Woodland Forest for Earth Day:
The owls, butterflies, and leaves are made from polymer clay and treated with Pearlex powder pigments. Of course you can see the incorporation of the do-over pieces.
Please take a look at other pieces for this Do-over Challenge:

The pinks work perfectly with the muted colours of the original beads. It's got a wonderfully earthy, natural feel to it and I must say your little owls are gorgeous! Epitomises the feel of the woodlands perfectly.
ReplyDeleteAwwww, such cute beads you made!
ReplyDeleteWoW DiYana, this really fits the Woodland Forest theme. Those owls are adorable and the butterfly is beautiful. I love how you incorporated the small beads from the necklace around the owls. The owl on top looks like he is in a little bead nest. Thank you so much for participating and I hope you will join us for the next one.
